Are you feeling:
- Lost as to how to move forward with a new life circumstance?
- Overwhelmed with a diagnosis or problem?
- Having to adjust to different roles and responsibilities or a change in lifestyle?
You don’t have to meet these challenges alone
Get support for the transitions in your life through a non-denominational program that helps you to assess your support systems and examine the symptoms and patterns of dysfunction in all aspects of your life. Working with your own beliefs and values, we create an individualized empowerment plan to improve your physical, emotional, social, and spiritual health.
How The Program Works:
Upon referral to our program, Bridges to Patient Empowerment will send you a life assessment form to determine what resources would be the best fit for your needs. Rev. Lynsie will work with you to address your specific needs. Most meetings will be done over the phone or internet to help preserve your time and energy, and any in person events or meetings will be optional. Since we are a non-profit, no matter what your personal financial situation is, you will be able to get the support you need.
Meet Reverend Lynsie
As a participant of the Life Empowerment Program, you will meet Rev. Lynsie who will work with you to develop your empowerment plan. Because Lynsie has struggled with her own serious, life-long disease for over thirty years, she understands many of the challenges that come with a major life transition. Lynsie learned how to live well despite constant crisis and wants to help others live their best life as well. With a background as a Certified Nutritionist, Health Coach, Hospital Chaplain, and Certified Hypnotherapist, Lynsie became an Ordained Interfaith Minister who developed the practice of integrative ministry to look at the level of health in all aspects of someone’s life. She ministers to their total well-being by helping people harmonize their values with their life choices.
